Client: Birkenhead Priory and St Mary's Church
Brief: Founded in 1150 as a home for Benedictine monks, Birkenhead Priory is the oldest building on Merseyside. For many years the monks provided a ferry service across the Mersey. Adjacent to the priory ruins are the remains of St. Mary's Church.
